Workshop & Classes

Our series of workshops and classes are
great for beginners, intermediate and
advance levels. It is a wonderful way to be
active for all ages. While learning the dance
your group will experience the multiple joint
movements necessary to execute basic step
patterns and turns.

As the participants continue to hone their
skills they will notice improved stabilization
of core muscles, increased flexibility &
balance, strengthen overall cardio -
respiratory, increase weight loss and
reduced stress.
